Getting started.

Yoco helps your small business accept card payments in any fixed location or on the go. The Yoco card payment solution works like any other, all you need is to register with Yoco, your smartphone or tablet, download the Yoco App and you can start transacting.

Once the Yoco vetting/credit-check process is complete and the necessary documents have been processed, there is a 1 to 25-hour turnaround time for activation.

Download the Yoco point-of-sale app on a smartphone/tablet

If the merchant fails the Yoco vetting/credit check the merchant will receive an email from vetting@yoco.co.za with information regarding what they need to do. If the merchant has a default or judgement in their name or their business’s name, they will need to provide documents showing that there is a payment plan in place, or that the default or judgement had been paid off.
