Finding yourself in a area already covered for Fibre, and your Business is still being covered by DSL connectivity, then we have good news for you. We are upgrading our DSL customers to Fibre by the 30th of November 2020. The move to fibre is to overcome issues such as copper theft and recurring faults. 

How to upgrade

Get in touch now to start the upgrade process.  You can also expect a call from one of our Sales Agents. Should you not be interested in switching your services across to the new fibre network, we will, unfortunately, be switching off the old network and your service will be cancelled thereafter. Be reminded that your migration to fibre (including installation, connection & modem) is at no cost to you. Telkom will therefore never ask for your banking details.
