No matter which do Plan you choose or how many gigs you get per month, surf for free between midnight and 7am.
Free Modem/Router included in all 24-month contract packages.
Plans are available on month-to-month contract without a modem/router.
Landline rental excludes all voice and fax calls made on the telephone line.
Usage subject to Telkom Internet Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
All plans include: an email account with 3GB storage; doFax (fax-to-email); doMessaging (webmail); Dynamic IP addresses; one concurrent session.
What if we told you it was possible to access the internet, even when your line is down? Well it is, because included in our Telkom Internet SoftCap and Uncapped products is a Value Added Service called Telkom Internet Mobile (TI Mobile). You will get a free Telkom SIM that you can put into any WiFi router, tablet or 3G dongle to access the Internet while your service is down. If your allocated TI Mobile data is depleted, you can top up here.
How do I get my TI Mobile SIM?
Visit any Telkom store with your RICA documents. Your friendly Telkom agent will activate and link your SIM to your Telkom Internet account.
If you do not require more data on a regular basis or a faster line speed, you have the option to top up your data if you have reached your SoftCap limit. We have two top-up options available for buying additional data. You can either use your credit card for the prepaid option, or opt for the post-paid option, where we will bill your for additional data on your Telkom invoice. Both top-up options are available as self-help functions on the website or Telkom App. To view your usage or top up, go to https://customerportal.telkomsa.net/portal/overview/.
